Which accessories should I choose first?
Start with a comfortable toilet area, accessible hay and a suitable retreat. Toys complement a spacious living area. Always check each accessory’s size and safety.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery in 7–15 working days, tracking included. Available destinations and delivery charges will be confirmed before your order.
Can I place an order yet?
You can prepare your basket. Checkout shows your complete basket and delivery address, then lets you pay the total on myPOS Checkout once shipping is configured. Our server verifies payment confirmation.
Do the products suit every dwarf rabbit?
No: body shape, mobility and habits vary. Detailed dimensions must be confirmed before ordering opens. Ask for advice to check suitability for your companion.
Is a harness essential?
No. Favour a secure space that allows free movement. Harnesses involve risks of panic, escape and injury. Read our safety guide and consult a veterinarian before considering use.
How do returns work?
For distance purchases, you generally have 14 days from receipt to notify withdrawal and then 14 days to return the item. Procedures and contact details will be completed before sales open.
Where is my basket stored?
