Colissimo shipping: weight and destination
We are preparing home delivery from metropolitan France. Shipping is calculated from the packed parcel weight: items, quantities and packaging. The table below shows public 2026 Colissimo postage rates as a guide, excluding customs duties, processing fees and any applicable surcharges. Your order total must be confirmed before payment.

Europe, United Kingdom and United States
EU countries and Switzerland share a postage table. Other European destinations require individual checking. Import formalities and charges may apply to the United Kingdom and Switzerland. For the United States, postage alone is insufficient: duties and processing charges must be calculated according to the goods, value, origin and customs classification. We confirm these amounts before accepting payment. Oversized parcels, special territories and orders exceeding one parcel’s capacity require an individual quote.

14 days to change your mind
For eligible distance purchases of goods, you generally have 14 calendar days after receipt to notify withdrawal without giving a reason, followed by 14 days to return the goods. Return address: [À COMPLÉTER]. Do not return an item to an unconfirmed address.
Arrange a return
Use the contact form with the subject “Withdrawal request”, including your name, order reference, relevant items and receipt date. A clear statement of your decision to withdraw is sufficient. Direct return costs will be specified before sales open: [À COMPLÉTER]. Protect goods during transport and keep proof of dispatch.
Refunds
Refunds are due within 14 days of withdrawal notification, but may be withheld until the goods or proof of dispatch are received, whichever happens first. Standard initial delivery costs are included; additional costs for a more expensive delivery option are not. A reduction in value caused by handling beyond necessary inspection may be considered under applicable law.
Damaged parcels or defective items
Contact us with a description and photographs where possible. Statutory guarantees remain applicable and separate from withdrawal rights. Procedures must not impose a deadline that removes your legal rights.
