Data controller

Contact form data

We record your name, email address, subject, message, language and receipt date. If you choose to share your basket, its references and quantities are included in the message. This information is used only to review and answer your request. Do not send sensitive data or payment card details.

Legal basis and retention

Processing answers your request, including precontract steps when you enquire about products. Other enquiries are processed under our legitimate interest in providing customer care. Messages are kept for no longer than 12 months after the last exchange unless a legal obligation or dispute requires otherwise. The controller must implement and verify this period before commercial opening.

Recipients and hosting

Requests are accessible to the site operator and necessary technical hosting providers. They are not posted to a public messaging service or sold. Providers, processing locations and safeguards for any transfer outside the European Economic Area: [À COMPLÉTER after contract review].

Orders and payments

During checkout, we record items, quantities, prices, delivery address, contact details and order status. This information is used to perform the contract and arrange delivery. myPOS processes payment; we do not receive your full card number or security code. Payment notifications are verified and the transaction reference is kept with the order. Accounting records are retained for the applicable statutory period, including ten years after the financial year closes for accounting supporting documents. Unpaid orders are not confirmed orders.

Basket and device storage

Your basket is saved locally in this browser to retain a selection on the same device. It does not reserve products and is not shared between devices. Remove items or clear site data through your browser to delete it. No advertising trackers or audience analytics tools are installed.

Fonts and technical access

Fraunces and Inter are provided through Google Fonts. Loading them makes a request to that provider with necessary technical information, including your IP address. The hosting service may keep technical logs for security and operation; details must be confirmed: [À COMPLÉTER].

Your rights

Subject to legal conditions, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, and object to certain processing. Use the contact details above or the form.
